Our approach to coaching is far more hands on than most. We therefore like to think of it more as consulting or mentoring. Want something different?

We role up our sleeves and get stuck right in there with you giving you the opportunity to ask questions, develop your skills and knowledge at your own pace and feel more in control of your business.

We will give practical examples of tools and systems we have used, books we have read, processes that have worked for us so that you can make quicker progress in your own business,

We will show you how to do things rather than just ask a lot of questions and then leave you to figure it all out for yourself. We found that really frustrating which is why we do it differently.

So if you are struggling with your social media, need a website re-vamped, want someone to organise your time or your admin then please don’t hesitate to give us a call.

£200 for half a day (4 hours, saving £40)

Reasons Why We Put Off Starting Something

The reasons why we put off starting something are many, but basically they come down to 4 main things.

1. Fear of failure

We worry about not being able to complete the task, or not being able to do it properly. This can be because we feel we are not sufficiently trained, or we don’t have enough experience or we don’t feel confident enough in our abilities surrounding the project and what needs to be done.

This leads to worrying about what people will think of us if we do fail. We will feel embarrassed or foolish. We will think they are saying we told you so behind our back. The reality is that that are probably wishing they had had the guts to try something new themselves.
